What Makes the Guarantee Real
Written and Signed Before You Fly Home
You receive your guarantee certificate before you leave Turkey — not posted later, not emailed at some future date. It is signed by the clinic and includes the specific treatment, materials, dates and guarantee period. It is yours to keep and present to any UK dentist.
Accredited Clinics — Not a Directory
We work exclusively with clinics holding JCI, ISO 9001 and TÜRKAK accreditation. Every clinic is personally inspected by our team before joining our network. The guarantee is only as meaningful as the clinic behind it — which is why we are selective about who delivers the treatment.
Verified Premium Materials
We use Nobel Biocare and Straumann implants, Ivoclar e.max and Vita Suprinity ceramics — brands with their own global warranties. You receive brand certificates and batch numbers to take home. Your UK dentist can look up the materials and verify them independently.
Post-Treatment Support — No End Date
Your coordinator remains reachable after you return home. There is no cut-off date for contact. If something concerns you — whether it is covered under the guarantee or not — we want to hear from you. Our interest in your outcome does not expire when your flight lands.

How to Make a Claim

Contact Your Coordinator
Message, call or WhatsApp your coordinator directly. Describe what you are experiencing. Send a photo if possible. Do this as soon as something concerns you — don't wait.
We Assess the Case
We review the photos and clinical notes. In most cases we can advise remotely. If an in-person assessment is needed, we arrange it — either with a UK-based referral dentist or at the original clinic.
We Arrange Correction
If the issue is covered, we organise and fund the correction. No invoices to you. No arguments about responsibility. The guarantee says we fix it — we fix it.
Questions About the Guarantee
What happens if I need to use the guarantee? ✚
Contact your coordinator — by WhatsApp, email or phone. Describe the issue, send a photo if possible. We will assess the case, arrange a consultation with the clinic (remote or in-person depending on the issue) and organise correction at no cost to you if the issue is covered.
Do I need to travel back to Turkey for a guarantee claim? ✚
For minor issues — a small chip, minor sensitivity — it may be possible to work with your local UK dentist. For structural repairs or replacements, you will need to return to the clinic. In those cases, we cover the clinical costs. Travel and accommodation are at your own expense, though we assist with booking.
Is the guarantee a formal document? ✚
Yes. You receive a written guarantee certificate before you leave Turkey, countersigned by the clinic. It includes the treatment details, the materials used (including brand and batch number where applicable), the guarantee period, and the specific process for making a claim.
What if my coordinator leaves or the clinic closes? ✚
Your guarantee is with Gee Smile as an organisation, not with an individual coordinator. If your specific coordinator moves on, another team member takes over your case. In the unlikely event of a partner clinic closing, we work with you to arrange treatment at an alternative accredited clinic.
Does the guarantee cover pain or discomfort after treatment? ✚
Post-operative sensitivity and mild discomfort are normal after many procedures and are not covered under the structural guarantee. If you are experiencing unusual pain or symptoms, contact your coordinator immediately — we will help you understand whether it requires clinical attention.
What is not covered under the guarantee? ✚
Accidental trauma (falls, sports injuries), damage caused by grinding teeth without a provided night guard, shade changes from lifestyle factors (tobacco, coffee, red wine), and issues arising from non-compliance with post-treatment care instructions. These exclusions are specified in your written guarantee.
